Our planning fee reflects the research, design, coordination and support behind your experience. Travel, accommodation, venues and third-party services are quoted separately, so you always understand what is being paid and why.
For highly complex journeys or events, we prepare a tailored proposal after the discovery call.

Can you book only hotels or restaurants?
We are designed for complete journeys and meaningful events. For existing clients, we can sometimes support smaller standalone requests.
Which destinations do you cover?
Our strongest network is across Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Türkiye and Morocco. We also consider nearby destinations when the fit is right.
Do you work with travel advisors?
Yes. We can collaborate with trusted advisors, executive assistants and family offices, with clear responsibilities agreed at the start.
